[Evolution] Evo's SVN now with tags

        Hi,

 I've added tags for all modules below sarge/ unstable/ and
 experimental/ in the tags/ dir at the root of the SVN.

 You can tag with svn-buildpackage --svn-tag-only (you might need to rm
 .svn/deb-layout the first time though).
