    - Branch gtkhtml3.8 as gtkhtml3.14.
    - Rename stuff around.
    - Bump up intltool build-dep to >= 0.35.5.
    - Bump libgtk2.0-dev build-dep to >= 2.10.0 for gtk+-unix-print-2.0; drop
      libgnomeprintui2.2-dev build-dep and dep; add a libgtk2.0-dev >= 2.10.0
      dep.
  * Add myself to uploaders; drop Takuo Kitame.
  * Drop useless libgtkhtml3.14-dev.files.
  * Update watch file to track all stable versions.
  * Use DEB_UPSTREAM_VERSION instead of computing the version; misc cleanups.
  * Install gtkhtml modules via the install file and filter out *.a and *.la
    files implicitely instad of "rm"ing them in rules.
  * New patch, 90_free-smiley-data; GNOME #419350; Ubuntu #91149; found in the
    Ubuntu package in version 3.14.0-0ubuntu2; committed upstream.
