[Evolution] Bug#420848: Accounts no longer accessible - account editor empty and useless

In my case, a similar situation occurred, upgrading the versions in
unstable to the new versions.

I have downgraded evolution-data-server and evolution-data-server-common
to the versions in stable/testing (1.6.3-5), and it all appears to be
working again.
