Say i've got a machine with both XFCE and GNOME users. Then probably the XFCE
users want notification-daemon-xfce and the gnome users notification-daemon...
Uhoh :)
Did you consider that situation?
Ofcourse there is a general issue with dbus activation in that there is no way
to set a preference for which implementation of a service you want to use...
Which is not just a problem for notifications
A potential solutions in debian could be a wrapper script that executes the
right one, but i'll leave that as an exercise to the reader :)
