 -dbg packages do not exist for all packages, but we try to provide them
 in the most useful cases.  In all cases, this procedure to get a
 package with debugging symbols should work:

 The instructions at GNOME already give this as a fallback:
    <http://live.gnome.org/GettingTraces/DistroSpecificInstructions>
