Unfortunately I don't have control of the server (Cyrus IMAP4), so I
can't easily test it.  Given that it has likely been upgraded and
evolution in stable is quite a bit further on, I think the best thing to
do is close this bug for now; if it's a problem in the future I'll
report it again.
