[Evolution] Bug#415733: evolution-jescs: no secure connection option as README claims

I just installed the plugin and was looking ways on how to use it.
README file included in docs claims the following:

For "Use Secure Connection", please choose "Never" for http and "Always" for https.

However I cannot find such an option.

Also README says to use port 143 for https which is also misleading.

After some trial and error I solved the problem by entering a complete 
URL with port, like:

https://myserver.domain:443

Please update the README accordingly.
