[Evolution] Bug#426378: please move evolution-addressbook-export to a separate package

Rationale: there are quite a few packages that use the evolution address
book. In order to be able to export data from the evolution addressbook
one needs to install the very large evolution package with dependencies.

I see four ways to implement this:

* package the addressbook separately
* package evolution-address-export separately
* add it to libebook1.2-5 (however this would add a dependency on
  libedataserverui1.2-6 to libebook1.2-5 (I'm puzzled however why
  evolution-address-export would depend on a GUI component))
* create a new libebook1.2-5-utils package

I think I'd favour the second option, however the first would be
probably the cleanest. The third is probably the easiest...
