[Evolution] Bug#451256: evolution-data-server: the configure script shipped is really really old and not in sync with configure.in

The configure does not even include the pkg-config test (except for the
old glib hardcoded one).
Please refresh the configure file maybe in debian/rules if possible.
What I do not understand is that configure is not part of upstream
source so it must be our .orig.tar.gz that is broken.
