[Evolution] Bug#463961: Bug#463961: evolution-exchange: when configuring evolution to connect to an Exchange server, the Forward button in the Evolution Setup Assistant is always greyed

Well yes, in the previous version of evolution-exchange in lenny, there was
indeed an "Authenticate" button.
But there is no such button in the current version of evolution-exchange in
lenny.

Anyway, with the previous lenny version, there was only one field: Username.

And when I clicked "Authenticate", I had a "segmentation fault" everytime.

Actually with both of these problems, you do not need an Exchange server to
test them :)
