[Evolution] Bug#463961: Debian Bug 463961: evolution-exchange: when configuring evolution to connect to an Exchange server, the Forward button in the Evolution Setup Assistant is always greyed

Hi there and thanks for your contribution,

Well right now I can't test that on this machine, because I found a very
dirty trick in order to get evolution-exchange to work in lenny: I
configured evolution on Debian 4.0 "etch", and copied the configuration
files to the Debian "lenny" machine. It works but it's dirty.

That's the reason why I can't mess with evolution-exchange on this lenny
machine :)

But, I might have some time this week to test what you said on some other
machine which has a fresh install of Debian "lenny".
