[Evolution] Bug#462972: Does not ask for LDAP password using DN login

On the General tab of the Properties of an LDAP address book, you can
select from the following three types of authentication: "Anonymously",
"Using email address" and "Using distinguished name (DN)". Choosing
either of the latter two options does not ask you for a password, either
in the properties box or when trying to connect to the server. 

This means that connection to the server always fails.
