This means two things:
- it was built against libxul, not libxul-embedding
- it was built with an rpath

Both are not wanted.

No, you should modify the configure check, and probably add some code
so that you can use libxul-embedding instead of libxul. If you need
assistance for that, please ping Alexander Sack or myself. (or just try
the pkg-mozilla-maintainers list). I would advise looking at the various
mails in the pkg-mozilla-maintainers list archive and debian-release,
too.
