[Evolution] evolution-pst-import-plugin in evolution-plugins-experimental ?

Hi,

Since a few days, I was looking to some good way to import a PST file
from Outlook to Evolution. There were no solutions until I found [0].
This package is available in OpenSuse and I think it would be a really
great idea to provide this as a part of evolution-plugins-experimental,
it is really a great tool for migration.

I wasn't able to compile it because I don't know how to do so, but it
would be really great to have a package for it.
