[Evolution] Bug#454434: Same here - evolution not translated anymore since some versions ago

Some versions ago, evolution lost most (but not all) of it's translation.
GTK standard items are still translated correctly (e.g. the copy/paste
menu entries, but also most formatting and the spell checking menu
entries).
But most of the UI is no longer translated.
I'm not sure since which version this was happening, I didn't get around
to file a bug earlier, and I figure it would be noticed by others as
well (and it was). But I'm surprised not not see a fix yet, actually...
