[Evolution] Bug#471417: gtkhtml3.14: URLs with ampersand ("&") don't work

In evolution, when I receive URL from Ebay, Lidl, or a message with an
URL with ampersand in it, I need to remove the "amp;" in "&" each
time... This is particularly annoying bug which is fixed in a more
recent package. I know that there's a new version in unstable. But it
seems this new version could not come in lenny because of deps
(http://bjorn.haxx.se/debian/testing.pl?package=gtkhtml3.14
 show that glib2.0 and pango1.0 is in freeze). So perhaps, packaging the
version 3.16.2 just to go for lenny could be nice.
