[Evolution] Bug#505087: evolution-exchange: leaves empty directory in /tmp

evolution-exchange doesn't remove its temporary directory on exit, it
leaves /tmp/.exchange-$USER/ behind, which is annoying for people like
me who detest cruft and aim to destroy it.

In addition to this, I don't think it is a good idea to put dotfiles
in /tmp and this should be fixed too.
