Hi,

I’m replying about the bug you reported about evolution.

Some mail messages sent from evolution perhaps to multiple e-mail
addreses are delivered with content garbage. There are mail headers
included in mail content and national letters are not shown properly.
Email account configured in Evolution uses evolution-exchange
connector to connect to Exchange server (no other protocol is
available). The bug is also present when using recent version of
        Evolution - 2.22.1 (tested on Ubuntu 8.04).

Does the garbage appear for all recipients or only for some of them?

I was unable to reproduce this bug with sending test messages to
different e-mail addresses. The origin e-mail was sent to about 20
e-mail addresses, including two distribution lists. This bug always
exhibits while sending e-mail to the specific e-mail addresses set.
It's hard to say when the bug is exhibitted also since only reciepient
of a message see it (message saved in sent folder of sender looks
always good). Evolution has been set to use ISO-8859-2 character
encoding (but it seems it still uses UTF-8 to encode e-mail account
        names).

If the message in the sent folder is correct, it is very likely to be a
problem on the server side, since Evolution will add to this folder the
very same message it sends.

Another possibility is that your Exchange server has an unusual
configuration, that includes e.g. a limitation on the number of
recipients, that the evolution-exchange transport does not handle
correctly.

In all cases:
      * This is not an evolution bug, reassigning to evolution-exchange.
It may not even be a real evolution-exchange bug.
      * This is not reproducible with all Exchange servers. I’m using it
daily, often sending mails with lots of recipients, and never
        encountered this issue.
Hence reassigning and downgrading.

Cheers,
