This seems to be an upstream issue. Can you find similar issue
reported at upstream Bugzilla? (https://bugzilla.gnome.org/)

Does it always failed on message "118"?
It would be helpful to run evolution with:
$ CAMEL_DEBUG=all evolution &> evolution-debug.out
and attach evolution-debug.out for debugging.
