[Evolution] Bug#520766: Evolution 2.26 is available

It seems like evolution 2.24.5-2 has a problem with updating the
folders.db database causing the display of messages to not show. 
This bug hit me recently  and will be reported separately.

This bug and many other seems to be solved in version 2.26 announced March 18.
