[Evolution] Bug#549954: em_format_part(_as)?/efh_text_plain recursion leads to segfault

I reported this issue upstream:

It was noted that this is likely a dup of:
  https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=468736

I tested the patch in #468736, and verified that it solves the problem
for me.
  
Please include a fix for this issue in Debian.
