[Evolution] Bug#502839: evolution: End of daylight saving time (DST, summer time) one week too early

I have exactly the same problem: All dates from today (18 October 2009,
not 19 October 2009!!!) to Saturday in a week (25 October 2009, not 26
October 2009!!!) were alerted one hour too late. In addition this bug
also appears in the date listed in the Gnome panel clock. The Central
European Summer Time (CEST) lasts until 25 October 2009 at 03:00 (am)
CEST. The red horizontal line also is wrong until that date.
