[Evolution] Bug#579423: RM: evolution-jescs -- ROM; Upstream stopped development

Hi,

evolution-jescs has not been ported to evolution 2.30 and its new 
internal API. It looks like upstream has completely halted development, 
and the package is not that useful given how widespread JESCS is.

Please remove evolution-jescs from unstable.
