[Evolution] Bug#608000: evolution mailto:<address> or from mailto links fails to send email

    Clicking on mailto: links (i.e. Debian bug report number(s)) or
supplying mailto: from the command-line results in (after the message
has been composed and the user clicked 'Send') the message
being moved to the Outbox instead of being sent.  The only way
to see that the message has not been sent is to open evolution
and look in the Outbox, which doesn't show any messages are there
until one looks in it.  User must click "Send/Receive" button
to send the message.

An Ubuntu bug has been filed on Launchpad 
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/evolution/+bug/685019)
regarding this behaviour, which I am pretty sure is 'new'.
