Is there any problem with reverting the change? Until you do this,
translations of this string will not be shown, which is a PITY as this
string seems rather important to the users.

Of course, if you assume this bug to be not valid (please say so!)
then unfuzzy the German translation (as shown in 
http://www.debian.org/doc/developers-reference/best-pkging-practices.html#s6.5.2.3
) or ask me to "update" de.po, so that the translation is complete
again.
