[Evolution] Anjal 0.3 snapshot for Evolution 2.29

Dear Yves,

I've updated the Anjal package to latest upstream snapshot that builds
with Evolution 2.29. It works well for me and fixes a lot of bugs.

Could you please review it and help to upload it to experimental?
