Could you install the rebuilt packages available at debian.corsac.net?
Use:

deb http://debian.corsac.net UNRELEASED/

The key (2048R/E7710DEC) used for signing this repository is available
from the above website and signed by my key.

Add it to your sources.list, run apt-get update and apt-get upgrade, it
should _only_ upgrade evolution-related packages.

Then run evolution with the “old” .pki in place and report back.
