[Evolution] Bug#573491: evolution-data-server: Cannot access shared folders on IMAP server

Evolution cannot see folders shared by other users ("user/" namespace) and public folders located
at the root namespace. Mozilla Thunderbird and Horde/IMP works perfectly in
the same environment.

Tested with Evolution 2.22.3.1 on Debian Lenny against Cyrus IMAP Server 2.1.18-1+sarge and 2.2.13-10+etch
