[Evolution] Bug#580234: evolution-rss: conflicts with evolution >= 2.30 (now in experimental)

the evolution-rss package in experimental (0.1.9~20100320-1) conflicts
with the 2.30 series of evolution that has also entered experimental
recently.

the dependencies on evolution are:
evolution (< 2.30)
evolution (>= 2.29.92)

if this could be addressed as time and energy permits, it would be
appreciated.
