[Evolution] Bug#599075: confirmed, evolution-mapi is unusable

Hi,

Just in case, I confirm this bug which renders evolution-mapi unusable
(as MAPI does not appear in "server type" list).
All information that Yves-Alexis asked for look similar on my system.
