[Evolution] Bug#630513: two Inboxs for imap, messages not staying marked read

Evolution started creating 2 Inboxs for my imap account recently.  It also
recently started not correctly displaying read messages.  When a message is
read, it will be unbolded in the list.  However, the next time evolution is
restarted or is refreshed(Using Send/Receive), the read messages will go back
to bold.  It is interesting that messages that are replied to stay marked as
read.

When I run evolution from the command line, I get the following:
