[Evolution] Bug#627322: Error refreshing folder(You must be working online) I am online

Evolution hangs for a long time at startup with 0% complete messages for
retrieving message, refreshing folder, and some other message maybe filtering
messages.

Finally I get a popup message saying:

Error while Refreshing folder 'INBOX'
You must be working online to complete this operation

The other two operations finish successfully.

I am online when I get the hang and popup.

This is similar to my other report for hanging at 0% when going through a
proxy.  Only this time I am not going through a proxy.  This has happened on
two different computers and networks lately.  One at home and the other at
work.

I am using imap.
