[Evolution] Bug#710172: mouse scroll wheel doesn't work either

The mouse scroll wheel doesn't work in the preview pane either.  I have
found that if the cursor is in the header portion of the preview pane or
over the top of the scroll bar in the preview pane then scrolling does
work with the mouse.  Scrolling used to work.  There must have been some
recent gtk upgrade to jessie that broke it.
