I think severity of this should be grave as per [1] "makes the package
in question unusable or mostly so..."

After upgrade from Wheezy to Jessie, evolution become completely
unusable. Just 2/3 mn after it launch, it starts a bunch of actions to
refresh folders ... Most of actions are marked as unknown operations and
few of them refreshing folder 0%.

The stop buttons is not able to stop these operations and even the exit
menu entry does not manage to kill the program.
Only "evolution --force-shutdown" can stop this behavior.

To write a mail, you need to start evolution, open composer and then
kill the main window in less than 2 mn otherwise you will never be able
to send your message.

More information about usage: Using IMAP and IMAP+ accounts with many
folders and few thousands of mails per folder. The biggest is dd at l.d.o
with 15k.

I can help investigating this issue more if required, just give me hints
how to start debugging this. And please don't reduce the severity
without discussing this first.
