[Evolution] Bug#759200: evolution: uninstallable in sid/amd64: needs libgtkhtml-4.0-0 < 4.8

(Mainly opening this bug to prevent migration of libgtkhtml-4.0-0
to testing before it has been resolved.)

libevolution Depends: libgtkhtml-4.0-0 (>= 4.6), libgtkhtml-4.0-0 (< 4.8)
so it is not installable in unstable/amd64 now that libgtkhtml has been
upgraded to 4.8.

It looks as though it might be possible to address this by binNMUing
src:evolution (and possibly other packages) on amd64: it was built against
the new gtkhtml on armel, armhf, i386, kfreebsd-amd64, mipsel, powerpc,
s390x and sparc, and has not been built yet (so it is likely to pick
up the new gtkhtml) on mips.

I notice that Andreas uploaded the new versions of libevolution and
libgtkhtml-4.0-0 on the same day, but his libevolution was built against
an older libgtkhtml-4.0-0. Was this intentional? Does that Evolution
version work correctly with the new libgtkhtml-4.0-0?
