[Evolution] Bug#754627: evolution: Conversion to maildir++ moves directory

evolution change maildir data without user approval.

maildata itself is there but directory tree are broken.  It is a
dataloss which is recoverable (but tedious work.)

FYI: I do not think https://bugs.debian.org/278578 is true anymore.  We
are importing maildir data and having problem here.
