[Evolution] Bug#749617: [evolution-ews]

This bug disappeared after last update to testing. The only change I see
is that due to new upgrades I was forced to switch to systemd and can no
longer continue to use sysV. Now the EWS plugin is able to detect
network is on and recover/send mails.
