[Evolution] evolution-mapi is marked for autoremoval from testing

FWIW there is a fixed version of evolution-mapi in unstable. However, 
that doesn't build on all architectures at the moment because of a FTBFS
of OpenChange. I'm hoping to fix the latter this week.
