Hi,

A recent upload of evolution-data-server changed the dependencies between some
of the packages. As a result, libebook1.2-dev is no longer pulled in by one of
the other build-dependencies of evolution-mapi, which makes the build fail.
Adding it as an explicit build-dependency fixes the build.
