[Evolution] Bug#843424: evolution - calendar - full week

Version: 3.22.1 (testing)


The Calendar structure in Full week View should be the same as in Work
Week View - only +2 days added. 
The current structure is disorienting, one has to search for
everything. 




Using 
Debian GNU/Linux 3.22.1  (stretch)
kernel: Linux 4.7.0-1-686-pae
