* What led up to the situation?
Replying to a HTML message leads to a 100% CPU load.
The CPU load is caused by systemd-journal.
The message opens without showing any content. The systemd-journal is
taking 100% CPU. Closing the message window takes the CPU back to normal.

ineffective)?

This went well. So it is a work around.
