[Evolution] Bug#875247: evolution-data-server: is a system reboot really required for every package update?

Package: evolution-data-server
Version: 3.24.5-6
Severity: normal
Hello!
I was just informed that my system needs a reboot because the
evolution-data-server package has been updated. Looking at the
postinst script, I see that the reboot notifier is called
on every package update.
Is it *really* the case that *every* update of the
evolution-data-server requires a full system reboot? If not, then the
reboot notification should be made only on updates which actually
require it.
Best wishes,
Julian
