[Evolution] Bug#875793: evolution: Does not restore mail pane sizes when reloading

Evolution has recently started to fail to restore the message pane sizes
each time it starts up. Whether in Classic or Vertical view it opens
with an approximate 2:1 split between the message list pane and message
preview, ie the former is twice as big as the latter, so the message
preview is too small.

Strangely, when I tried 3.22.6-1/stable and 3.24.5-3/testing they both
had the same problem (although 3.22 seemed to use a 1:1 split) even
though I only started to experience it since a dist-upgrade (unstable)
yesterday.  So I think some sort of interaction with another component
has caused this, which is why I'm reporting it here instead of upstream.

With dconf-editor open I can see the
/org/gnome/evolution/mail/paned-size or hpaned-size values changing when
I move the border between the panes, but they seem to change the
opposite way I would expect, because the schema descriptions say they're
the size of the message-list pane, but they get smaller if I increase
the size of the message list (reducing the size of the message preview).

The default value for paned-size's schema is 144, but when I load
Evolution in Classic View it gets set to 192. In Vertical View
hpaned-size gets set to 357, its default is 450.

FWIW I'm using GNOME on Wayland with a hidpi display of 2560x1440.
