[Evolution] Bug#877145: evolution-data-server: Evolution can't update radicale calendar events error code 411 Length required

Dear Maintainer,

A recent upgrade broke Evolutions ability to update calendar events on the
radicale caldav server.

The underlying problem is due to evolution-data-server gaining support
for Transport-encoding: chunked, and radicale not supporting chunked.

There's apparently a patch at
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=787656

We also tried figuring it out on the Radical side
https://github.com/Kozea/Radicale/issues/709

I tried building a copy of evolution-data-server with the patch in
3.26.0, but it didn't work for me. Although maybe I need to reboot.
