[Pkg-exppsy-maintainers] Pyglet in Debian, but not maintained by us.

Hi folks,

I thought about pyglet and decided to not maintain it. However, the Debian
Python Modules Team (DPMT) ask if there is some progress on the
packaging, so I offered them to take over the packaging and start with
my current draft. Full story here:

So now there will be pyglet in Debian.
