[Pkg-exppsy-maintainers] PyEPL on Alioth

Hi folks:

I've now transferred the PyEPL source to alioth!  The standard git
cvsimport failed, citing "unknown errors", but I was able to do a cvs
to hg to git migration (not ideal, but it worked.)

I still need to pull the minimal docs and the mac installer scripts
from the separate packages into the main pyepl package (I'm not sure
why they were not there from the start.)

Then we need to do some cleaning up and gitifying of the repository
(adding .gitignore file and the like.)

Please check it out when you have the chance to make sure that you can
see it ok and that I imported it correctly.
