Not sure what would be best.

First there is the doc system of the Gforge software on alioth

but this is not wiki-like.

There is also wiki.debian.org and our subpage

http://wiki.debian.org/DebianSciencePsychology

it already lists upstream development of PyEPL on Alioth. We could add
more subpages like DebianSciencePsychology/PyEPL/... to develop
documentation there.

Or we can use another wiki software on the webspace on alioth. Although
I only saw other projects using it for read-only pages. I guess the
question is how many people are expected to contribute something ;-)
