[Pkg-exppsy-maintainers] New SMLR push with NF and BF

Hey folks:

I just pushed a NF + BF of SMLR.  Details in the commit comment, but I
added an option that let's you specify to fit all the weights, not
just M-1 classes worth.  This option is slightly slower, but will
leave you with weights that are actually valid for each feature for
each class.

Yarik, find me online to chat about the smlrweights class that I think
needs to be updated.
