[Pkg-exppsy-maintainers] Machine learning in scipy

yeah -- someone form our team should follow up on the thread and to
mention pymvpa and why we didn't go with scipy-somewhat-abandoned learn
scikit. I think someone might find useful what we had to design to get
somewhat joyable (dont you all love pymvpa? ;-)) workflow:
 mappers, state variables, etc
