[Pkg-exppsy-maintainers] Bug#520732: needs to change Build-Dependency from libode0-dev to libode-dev

Howdy Y:

It should be ready for 4.3, but I have not had time to test all the
audio changes.  I just need to show that recording works (I've tested
playing).  I've also tested all the other updates.  It's too bad
there's not a nice unit-testing framework for pyepl like there is in
pymvpa ;)

I'll put in a push to make sure it all works by wednesday, then merge
my changes into master and stamp the release.  Will that time-frame
work for you?  I'll also try and get some folks with macs to test it
on OSX...
